Student Well-being Coach / Ambassador - Wednesday 13th October 2021
Over the past few weeks, Mr Graham has been delivering all of the assemblies and PSHCE on some very serious and sensitive issues around peer on peer (students of a similar age) abuse and student well-being. This is a very real subject to a lot of students and it often goes unreported and many young people suffer in silence.
We are hoping to get a number of students to work with both teaching and support staff, to coordinate a response to help and support students across the College who would benefit from some support.
We are looking for students who are reliable and have a passion for caring and helping others.
Please reply to the following email firstname.lastname@example.org, stating why you may want to help with this initiative.
As an Ambassador, you would be required to attend meetings, give your views, support others and be able to communicate with students and staff.
The closing date for applications of interest for this role is Friday 15 October – this Friday
This opportunity is available to all students across both KS3 and KS4 (boys are particularly encouraged to apply as boys are often under-represented, in the context of supporting others).
